Shully's "Iron Fork" Challenge
Our "Iron Fork" Challenge program is fun, competitive and truly a unique experience for your group. Using a format similar to the Iron Chef competitions seen on TV, we divide your group into smaller units, let the fun begin. Program is designed for 8- 16 guests.

Program Outline

Let's say your group arrives at 7:00 PM, cocktails & hors d'oeuvres (we'll prepare) are served for approximately 30 minutes. Teams can be formed at this time by you or we can do a random from-the-hat selection. After teams are formed, the entire group is taken into the Shully kitchen.

A "Common Table" will host a variety of general food items for the evening. A "Mystery Box" will also be shown at this time. The mystery box will contain the item or items that each team must incorporate into their menu plan.

Each menu must have a salad course and a main course w/ vegetable and starch. (desserts will be prepared by Shully's)

Once all menus are completed in the allotted time given, let the competition begin.

The teams will be given 75 minutes to compete, after that the teams will be judged by Shully's own kitchen staff, and a winner will be determined.
