Fish Fry & Potato Latke

*Do Not Microwave! Will not be crispy and delicious*

 

OVEN INSTRUCTIONS: Heat Oven to 350 Degrees. Remove plastic lid from containers and place both metal containers in oven for 15 minutes. Remove with oven mitts, and enjoy your Friday night!

*For best results place fish on sheet tray with wire rack to allow for all around crispiness*

Soups

GF (Except for Vegetable Minestrone & Chicken Soup)

 

*All soups can be frozen up to three months, if reheated consume within 4-5 days*

 
STOVE TOP INSTRUCTIONS: 
Place in small pot on stove on low/medium heat. Bring to simmer for 5 minutes
MICROWAVE INSTRUCTIONS: 
Microwave for 40 seconds on high. Stir the contents, and return to microwave. Repeat the process 2/3 more times. 

Roasted Squash, Cauliflower, Broccoli, & Carrots

OVEN INSTRUCTIONS: Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. When oven reaches 350 degrees, lid off, container in oven. Let cook for 20-25 minutes, depending on oven strength. Give a stir about half way through cooking time to insure even heat through out.

 

MICROWAVE INSTRUCTIONS: Remove food from container and place into a microwavable safe dish. Microwave for two 45 second bursts. Give a stir between cooking.

Roasted Kale, Carrots, & Red Peppers

OVEN INSTRUCTIONS: Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. When oven reaches 350 degrees, lid off, container in oven. Let cook for 20-25 minutes, depending on oven strength. Give a stir about half way through cooking time to insure even heat through out.

 

MICROWAVE INSTRUCTIONS: Remove food from container and place into a microwavable safe dish. Microwave for two 45 second bursts. Give a stir between cooking.

Potato Anna

OVEN INSTRUCTIONS: Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. When oven reaches 350, place container into oven and let cook for 10-15 minutes, depending on oven strength.

 

MICROWAVE INSTRUCTIONS: Remove potatoes from container and place into a microwavable safe dish. Microwave for 40 seconds on high. Stir the contents, and return to microwave. Repeat the process 1/2 or more times.

Root Smash

*Can be frozen if portioned off and not cooked up to three months, wrap in plastic wrap leaving little to no air*

 

OVEN INSTRUCTIONS: Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. When oven reaches 350 degrees, place root smash in an oven safe container. Let cook for 15-20 minutes, depending on oven strength.

 

MICROWAVE INSTRUCTIONS: Place in a microwave safe container, micro for 1 minute then 30 more seconds.

Roasted Garlic and Goat Cheese Whipped Potatoes

OVEN INSTRUCTIONS: Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. When oven reaches 350 degrees, lid off, container in oven. Let cook for 20-25 minutes, depending on oven strength. Give a stir about half way through cooking time to insure even heat through out.

Classic Meat Lasagna - GF

OVEN INSTRUCTIONS: Take the plastic lid off and wrap the lasagna in aluminum foil Bake at 325 for approximately 1 hour.  Remove lasagna, unwrap the foil and sprinkle the grated Parmesan and return to the oven for 8 – 10 more minutes. 

Chicken Milanese

MICROWAVE INSTRUCTIONS: Transfer to a microwave dish and re-heat that way for 2 or 3 – 45 second bursts, check after the second burst it might be done at the time.

 

OVEN INSTRUCTIONS: *The container provided is oven safe. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook for 30-35 minutes.

Masaman Curry

MICROWAVE INSTRUCTIONS

Transfer the rice and veggies to a microwaveable dish and re-heat that way for 2 or 3 – 45 second bursts, check after the second burst, depending on your microwave strength it might be done at that point. If not heat for another 30 seconds. 

Seared Salmon

MICROWAVE INSTRUCTIONS

Remove the fish from the vac bag and transfer to a microwaveable dish. Place a paper towel over the fish and do 2 or 3 – 45 second bursts to finish.  Check after to second burst.

Braised Beef Short Rib

MICROWAVE INSTRUCTIONS

Remove the beef and sauce from the containers and transfer all to a microwave dish. Place a paper towel over the fish and do 2 or 3 – 45 second bursts to finish.  Check after to second burst.
