

The Watermark
The Watermark at Shully's is now available for your social or corporate event, and can be booked day or evening, 7 days a week. The exterior façade of the Watermark embodies the charm of Thiensville with Victorian influences in the gabled structure, wrought iron fencing, and natural landscaping. The banquet room can accommodate groups of up to 350 seated guests, depending on configuration, and 400-500 guests for stand up events. The Watermark's elegantly appointed interior provides an understated, neutral backdrop for you to create your own custom look with linens, centerpieces and decor.

Custom designed menu plans are developed for each event. Scott and Hadley Shully alongside our event planners will work with you in developing a food plan that meets and exceeds your expectations.

East Lawn
In addition to the Watermark banquet room, Shully's East Lawn is a beautiful, natural outdoor space under a canopy of black walnut
trees that can be used to extend your event. It is located East of the Watermark and borders the newly landscaped Mill Pond and
a first-of-its-kind fish ladder. This location provides a perfect setting for your personal wedding ceremony, outdoor reception, company picnic, or family reunion. Our East Lawn space includes a 2,400 sq. ft. decorative outdoor terrace which can be tented and heated for ceremonies or cocktail / hors d'oeuvres hours.
