La Dolce Vita Wine Tasting with Cream Puff Demonstration
A wide-ranging tasting of the world's famous sweet wines, from Ice Wine to Madeira, with an exploration of how and when to best serve these wines. A Cream Puff demonstration will be conducted by Chef Joel Lichosik, with a sampling cheeseboard, lemon pudding cake, and foie gras.
