Using a little bit of luck from the Irish and some skill learn how to create fun new Irish dishes and sip on a Guinness! Chef Hadley will walk you through how to make Pretzel Bites with Beer Cheese Dip, Irish Beef Hand Pies, and Rueben Eggrolls. There are two ticket options for this class. You can purchase the 'Class & Ingredients' or the 'Class Only ticket". If you opt for the 'Class Only ticket' you will receive a grocery list to go and purchase the ingredients. If you opt for this ticket there will be items you must prepare before class begins. If you opt for the 'Class & Ingredients ticket" you will be able to come to our Thiensville location to pick up your ingredients kit the day of the class.
Equipment Needed: Medium Sized Heavy Bottomed Pot, Whisk, Rubber Spatula, Cutting Board, Knife, Fork, Pastry Brush, Sheet Tray, Parchment Paper, Whisk, Pan Spray, Tongs, Medium Bowl, Small Bowl
