About the Event

Do you want to be the talk of the block this 4th of July with grilling skills that would make event the most seasoned backyard cook jealous? Well attend our grilling class at Shully's ATS led by Scott Shully as you master all things grilling. The course will cover:

  • Building your charcoal fire (without using lighter fluid)

  • Controlling temperature, and creating hot and cool zones

  • How to make perfect Ribeye Steak

  • Brined Pork Chops

  • Grilled Brats two ways
