Harvest Dinner

The Fall season brings life to our cuisine as new fresh produce becomes available. This 5 Course Harvest Dinner will showcase all of the amazingly colorful produce Autumn has to offer. The dinner will take place out on our East Lawn to allow you the opportunity to enjoy the colorful fall foliage. So, bundle up and get ready to eat a fantastic meal! 

Soup Course

Celeriac soup with brussels sprout leaves, charred cauliflower, truffle oil, and bacon

Entree

Carrot infused chevre, parsnip puree, seared scallop, shaved beets, lemon brown butter vinaigrette

Main Course

Pork shank, autumn squash, Boursin creamed kale, pomegranate, pepita

Cheese Course

Halloumi with white truffled cherries, prosciutto fig burrata crostini, pear, honey, and blue cheese tart

Dessert Course

Sticky toffee pudding topped with a fall compote and a graham cracker royaltine, coated in white chocolate with a touch of salt
