About the Event
Learn everything there is to know under the sea about cooking fish! The class will be hosted by Chef Scott Shully, who will be demonstrating very innovative, tasty and simple fish preparations. Samples will be given to all guests attending, safely.
Demonstration Includes:
· GF Dijon & Herb Crumb Crusted Tilapia Mustard Cream Sauce
· GF Baked Garlic & Parmesan Aioli Topped Arctic Char
· Truffle Floured & Sautéed Walleye with Truffle Cream Sauce
· GF Marinated & Seared Tuna on an Asian Seasoned Vegetable Slaw Bed
