Irish Classics Cooking Class
Learn Irish classics just in time for St. Paddy's Day! There will be demonstrations and samplings of Beef and Guiness Stew, Roast leg of Lamb with Rosemary and Garlic, Bacon, Cabbage and Cheddar Pies. A Sampling of Irish libations are included.
