About the Event
What You will Be Taught
· How to prepare beef, chicken and seafood stock from scratch
· How to prepare traditional French onion soup (beef stock) GF without the crouton
· How to prepare GF seafood, potato and corn chowder (seafood stock)
· How to prepare chicken fresh vegetable soup (chicken stock)
· How to prepare GF cream of mushroom soup (chicken stock)
The program usually runs about 1.5 – 2 hours. Cash beer, wine and soft drinks are available. Samples of all soups prepared will be available for sampling. Program fee is $35 per person.
