Second Course:

Classic Beef Wellington 

Wrapped in Puff Pastry filled with a Mushroom Duxelle and Steak Served Medium Rare on a Toast Point

Roasted Spring Green Bean Amandine and Double Baked Potato Chive, Cheddar, Sour Cream & Bacon 

Beverage Pairing: The Perfect Bourbon Manhattan with Blue Cheese Stuffed Olives

Vegetarian Option:

Roasted Vegetable Wellington

Roasted Vegetables layered and Wrapped in Puff Pastry with Roasted Spring Green Bean Amandine and Chive, Cheddar, Sour Cream Twice Baked Potato

Third Course:

Individual Banana Cream Pies with

A Vanilla Wafer Crust, Creamy Banana Filling and Toasted Meringue & Butter Mints
