Shully's has created our online ordering system for those who want to have amazing gourmet food, while not having an event with all the extras, such as staff and outside rentals. Our online ordering platform is designed for ultimate customer ease, while still delivering the high end food and service you have come to expect from Shully's Cuisine and Events. The below page goes over how to place an order, what is included, what to expect when your order arrives, and all the other fun details!
Ordering - Ordering is designed to be simple! With detailed descriptions, images, and customizations simply click through what looks great to you and add to your cart! Pick the date you would like to either pick-up or have your food delivered, and you are done!
Minimums - We require a minimum purchase of $200 per order
Lead Time- At this time we require orders at least 72 hours in advance of your delivery or pick-up time.
Pick-Ups - You ordered your food to be picked up from Shully's? Great! We are located at 146 Green Bay Road Thiensville, WI 53092. Please call us at 262-242-7910 (kitchen line), and we will bring the food to you. Just pop the trunk, sit back and catch up on your favorite podcasts while we do the heavy lifting!
Deliveries - We will arrive promptly at the time you requested at the address you provided. Our delivery driver will bring all the food into your space, and set everything up for you. Just tell us where you want the food set up, and we will style everything for a beautiful presentation.
What is included in my order? - Glad you asked! With each item you order, you will receive your delicious food, with that special Shully's styling! You will also receive the platters they come on, disposable serving utensils, and buffet signage. If you ordered hot food items, you will also receive disposable wire chafers along with the heating fuel to keep items warm. If you would like additional items such as disposable plates, you can add those items on through our platform.
Hot Items - How do we handle hot food items? Well, you have two choices. We can have everything delivered / picked up hot and ready for you. Or, you can choose to have everything delivered cold with detailed re-heating instructions to serve at a later time. Simply note in the "add order notes" whether you would like your food hot or cold. In case you forget to follow this step, we will give you a call to confirm whether you would like your food hot or cold.
Blackout Dates - At times we will have some dates we are not able to take on additional orders because we are sold out.
Cancellation Policy- Cancellation policy. Orders cancelled outside of 120 business hours (five business days) of scheduled delivery time will be fully refunded. Orders cancelled within 120 hours (five business days) of scheduled delivery time will be charged at 100 percent of total order.
Refunded orders are subject to a 3% credit card fee.
Alcohol- Orders of any alcoholic beverages are for pick-up from Shully's only. A valid photo ID will be required at time of pick up. Must be 21 or older.
