About Us
Combining a passion for innovative cuisine and a love for fun, creative parties and dinners, Scott and Beth Shully founded Shully's Cuisine in the early 1980's. They began in the Lake Geneva area and later settled in Thiensville. With Scott's Swiss-trained culinary talents and Beth's artistic flair, they were able to quickly establish permanently successful relationships with their clients.
Shully's continues to provide Southeastern Wisconsin with new and exciting events including Bal du Lac, Milwaukee Public Museum Gala, MIAD gala, the Zoo Ball, MTEF Tennis Ball, corporate events, weddings and many charitable fundraisers. Shully's staff's extensive knowledge of event planning secures a place in the hearts and homes of thousands annually.
Shully's event professionals enthusiastically lead the area in serving inventive, delicious cuisine prepared to order at events styled to suit every occasion.

“On May 24, 2014, our daughter had an outdoor ceremony and wedding reception that was picturesque! White chairs against the well-manicured lawn, with the backdrop of mature trees, bubbling fountain in the river, and draped stage looked like a set out of a movie. Acoustics and sound system were great for the live band at the outdoor ceremony and for the evening dancing indoors. The outdoor tent was decorated with beautiful chandeliers and stringed lights adding to the festive mood. The tent was arranged for ease of guests to indulge in the delicious and appealingly presented appetizers and non-alcoholic drinks. Indoors for dinner, the three stations were strategically placed to allow adequate traffic flow. Food was outstanding, ample, warm, and 5 star worthy!!!!!
Working with Scott, Jules, Amy, Masha, and everyone at Shully's are terrific. I highly recommend the Shully's as THE BEST PLACE to celebrate a very special occasion. Thank you so much for making our family's big event a memorable day!”

We love Shully's! We had a 350 guests in a tented wedding. Shully's was responsible for a pre-ceremony cocktail hour, cocktail and appetizers, a plated dinner, dessert, second supper and s'mores at the end of the night and EVERYTHING tasted like it came straight from a restaurant. The food quality was amazing, people are still talking about the bacon on a stick and grilled cheese and tomato soup bites and the staff was incredibly professional and sweet to deal with. Steven and Scott were incredibly responsive and easy to deal with. We really loved working with them and will be sure to use them for any events in the future. A definite must if you're getting married in SE Wisconsin!"
